BANGKOK, Thailand – Susco PCL (SUSCO) reported a sharp rise in second-quarter profit, with net earnings reaching 120.60 million baht, up 797% from 13.44 million baht in the same period last year.
The company posted total revenue of 9.218 billion baht in Q2 2026, while first-half revenue reached 16.284 billion baht. Net profit for the first six months stood at 213.06 million baht, an increase of 104% from 104.38 million baht a year earlier.
SUSCO Managing Director Chairit Simaroj said the stronger performance was driven mainly by higher oil sales revenue, supported by increased selling prices and marketing margins. Other income also increased, including service fees from electric vehicle businesses, foreign-exchange gains and profit from associated companies. The company also benefited from more efficient management of distribution and financial costs, helping improve overall profitability.
For the second half of 2026, SUSCO plans to continue expanding fuel stations in high-potential locations while developing its Non-Oil businesses and SUSCO SQUARE to diversify revenue streams.
The company said its BYD and DENZA electric vehicle businesses continue to show promising prospects, while its vehicle hire-purchase and rental operations are attracting regular customers from both government and private sectors. SUSCO views these businesses as important New S-Curve growth drivers that could strengthen the company’s earnings and support longer-term expansion.
