BANGKOK, Thailand – PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited is encouraging motorists to try its self-service fueling option with a special promotion offering a THB 1 per liter discount throughout August. According to Piman Poolsri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Oil Retail Business at OR, the company has expanded its Self Serve network to more than 240 participating PTT Station locations nationwide, making the service more accessible while helping drivers reduce waiting times, particularly during peak hours.
The promotion is available from August 1–31 for customers who use the blueplus+ mobile application to purchase fuel through the Self Serve system. Designed under the concept of “Easy & Smart,” the service allows motorists to complete the entire fueling process—from ordering and fueling to payment—directly through the app.
Using Self Serve involves five simple steps:
- Place a fuel order through the blueplus+ app by selecting the station, fuel type, pump number, quantity or amount, and payment method.
- Lift the nozzle corresponding to the selected fuel.
- Insert the nozzle securely into the vehicle’s fuel tank.
- Squeeze and hold the trigger until fueling is complete.
- Return the nozzle safely to its holder.
Customers can also use the blueplus+ app to locate participating Self Serve stations, review transaction history, and access additional service information. The company said the continued rollout of Self Serve aims to improve convenience for motorists while providing a faster and more flexible refueling experience across Thailand.
