BANGKOK, Thailand – The government is moving ahead with new measures to improve safety in educational institutions by establishing the Education Rights, Freedom and Safety Protection System and preparing to pilot the Traffy Fondue for Education platform in September 2026. The system will function as a centralized channel for reporting incidents and tracking cases related to the rights and safety of teachers, students, and educational personnel.
Deputy Government Spokesperson Patdarasm Thongsaluaykorn said the Ministry of Education (MOE) is developing the platform in coordination with the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, and three other government units.
The platform will integrate existing reporting systems, including RADBOX, MOE ONE, and EDU Save, into a single service for incident reporting, case management, and progress tracking. The ministry said legal procedures are underway while technical development and public consultations continue. Once the required approvals are completed, the public will be able to submit reports and monitor cases around the clock.
The MOE has also instructed all affiliated agencies nationwide to adopt the standardized name Education Rights, Freedom and Safety Protection System. The agency added that the unified structure is expected to help improve coordination, standardize reporting procedures, and provide more consistent assistance for teachers, students, and educational personnel nationwide.
