Upon arrival, officers found a male tourist from Turkmenistan, believed to be between 40 and 50 years old, in an intoxicated condition. A review of the venue’s records found three unpaid bills totaling 3,740 baht for food and beverages. Officials initially attempted to mediate between the tourist and the business in hopes of resolving the dispute amicably. However, negotiations were unsuccessful after the tourist reportedly refused to make payment.

The man was then transported by golf cart, along with the venue manager, to the Tourist Police service point on Walking Street, where officers made a further attempt to reach a settlement. Despite these efforts, the tourist allegedly continued to refuse payment. As a result, Tourist Police transferred the case to investigators at Pattaya City Police Station for further legal proceedings. Officials said the incident highlighted ongoing cooperation between Pattaya City enforcement officers, Tourist Police, and local police in maintaining order and supporting businesses and visitors in one of Thailand’s busiest tourism districts.

Despite repeated mediation attempts by city officials and Tourist Police, the dispute remained unresolved and the case was handed over for legal action.
