Thailand showcases wellness tourism to global buyers with multi-destination fam trip

The Tourism Authority of Thailand hosted international travel operators and media on a nationwide wellness fam trip, highlighting destinations from Krabi to Ayutthaya as part of its push to attract high-value visitors and strengthen Thailand’s position in the global health tourism market.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Building on the success of the recent Amazing Thailand Health & Wellness Trade Meet 2026, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) continues to spotlight Thailand’s growing strength in health and wellness tourism.

TAT’s Europe Region hosted the Amazing Thailand Health & Wellness Fam Trip 2026 from 24–28 April, welcoming 17 international travel operators and five media representatives to experience world-class wellness offerings in Krabi, Saraburi, Ayutthaya, and Nakhon Pathom.

The fam trip supports new international market opportunities while advancing Thailand’s direction towards quality, high-value tourism under the Life Economy concept. (TAT)
