PRD and PACC join forces to expand anti-corruption campaign nationwide

Public Relations Department and Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission have signed an agreement to strengthen public awareness campaigns and encourage citizens to help monitor corruption through nationwide television, radio, and digital communication networks.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Public Relations Department (PRD) and the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) have signed an agreement to strengthen communication between agencies to prevent and address corruption in the public sector.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by PRD Director-General Sudruetai Lertkasem and PACC Secretary-General Bhumivisan Kasemsook, with PACC Chairman Amnat Phuangchomphu attending as a witness. Senior officials from both agencies were present at the ceremony.



Under the agreement, the PRD will support anti-corruption efforts through its nationwide communication network, including television, radio, digital platforms, and other public outreach channels. The cooperation seeks to raise awareness and encourage greater public participation in monitoring misconduct.

The partnership is expected to help enhance communication efforts, increase public involvement, and support efforts to improve transparency and accountability in government operations. (NNT)
