Visitors will be allowed to enter Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall on April 6 to offer homage to Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, as Thailand marks Chakri Memorial Day honoring King Rama I.

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Bureau of the Royal Household has announced that members of the public will be allowed to pay their respects to the royal remains of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall within the Grand Palace.

Public access will be granted on April 6, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during which visitors may enter to offer homage.

The arrangement also coincides with this year’s Chakri Memorial Day observance, honoring King Rama I. (NNT)
