PATTAYA, Thailand – Municipal officers across Pattaya have been deployed to monitor flood-prone locations following rainfall that raised concerns about possible water accumulation on city roads.
Teams from Pattaya’s municipal enforcement units, including officers from Naklua and Jomtien, were dispatched on March 12 to inspect areas known to experience temporary flooding during heavy rain.
Officials said the patrols aim to keep a close watch on water levels, facilitate traffic flow, and ensure the safety of residents and motorists using roads across the city.
Authorities confirmed that officers will remain stationed at key locations and continue monitoring the situation closely. If flooding or drainage problems are detected, teams are ready to respond immediately to assist the public and reduce disruption to traffic.
