PATTAYA, Thailand – Mayor Poramet Ngampichet presided over a press conference on the evening of March 9 to officially announce the upcoming Pattaya Holi Festival 2026, a vibrant beachside color celebration set to take place from March 13–15.

The announcement was held at Central Pattaya, with government officials, event organizers, and representatives from related agencies attending the launch.

The festival is being organized through cooperation between Pattaya City and the Thai–Indian Business Association Pattaya. The three-day celebration will take place along Pattaya Central Beach and is aimed at boosting tourism, stimulating the local economy, and adding new color and excitement to the city’s event calendar.

Inspired by India’s traditional Holi festival, the event will feature large-scale color throwing activities, music stages, entertainment shows, concerts by well-known Indian artists and influencers, and a wide variety of food stalls. Organizers expect the lively beachfront setting to create a unique cultural experience for both Thai and international visitors.

Mayor Poramet said the festival is one of Pattaya’s key tourism events designed to attract visitors from around the world while strengthening the city’s image as an international destination. He added that such events play an important role in stimulating the local economy and bringing energy to Pattaya’s tourism sector.
