
BANGKOK, Thailand – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a third advisory for Thai nationals in the Middle East to remain calm and stay indoors as the conflict between Israel and Iran escalates.
The Ministry urges all citizens in the region, especially those in Iran and near military installations, to remain calm and stay indoors or in designated shelters. Nationals should strictly follow safety measures and announcements from local authorities and Royal Thai Embassies.
The Ministry advises Thai citizens to avoid travel to high-risk areas until the situation stabilizes. Those needing immediate assistance may use the authorized emergency contact channels.
Thai nationals can contact the nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate-General. The Department of Consular Affairs has activated a 24-hour emergency hotline at 0-2572-8442. The Protection of Thai Nationals Abroad Division has also established three emergency lines: 096-216-1837, 096-183-6736, and 064-564-7573.
