BANGKOK, Thailand – His Majesty the King has graciously provided emergency medical equipment kits to support Thai military personnel injured during clashes along the Thailand–Cambodia border. This gesture reflects His Majesty’s deep compassion and concern for those safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty.

Provided under royal patronage, the emergency medical kits are intended to deliver immediate medical assistance to injured personnel in frontline and operational areas. This initiative underscores His Majesty’s commitment to the safety and well-being of armed forces members who serve with courage and dedication.

A total of 200 emergency medical kits, valued at 2,170,000 baht, have been granted. These internationally standardized kits, produced by North American Rescue (NAR), are widely recognized and used by field medical units, emergency responders, and security forces in many countries.

Each kit contains essential life-saving equipment for emergency trauma care, including a C-A-T® Tourniquet, ETD® Emergency Trauma Dressing, HyFin® Chest Seal, airway management devices, and CPR equipment. The contents follow the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) framework, focusing on hemorrhage control, airway management, and shock prevention to improve survival rates during critical moments.

The royal bestowal of these medical supplies demonstrates His Majesty’s deep concern for the safety of military personnel and his enduring support for those who selflessly serve the country. (NNT)
