PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya City officials and police from Pattaya City Station responded to reports of a foreign man found drowned near the entrance of Soi 2 on Pattaya Beach. Authorities discovered the man wearing a black shirt and black trousers, confirming that he had drowned. His nationality and the exact circumstances of the incident remain unknown.
