PATTAYA, Thailand – Pattaya authorities in the southern area quickly apprehended a thief caught with a stolen blue Honda PCX scooter in front of Kasikorn Bank, South Pattaya on November 23. The victim had previously filed a police report earlier in the morning.
City enforcement officers detained the suspect on the spot and handed him over to Pattaya Police Station for further legal action.
