PATTAYA, Thailand – Ray Social Enterprise is inviting the public to join a special three-day wellness program, “Relax Your Body, Refresh Your Mind,” taking place from 12–14 December 2025 at the Mahatai Center meeting hall in Pattaya (Redemptorist Center).
The course aims to restore energy, improve inner well-being, and offer participants a new experience in deep physical and mental relaxation.
Organized as a social-impact initiative, all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Mahatai Foundation for the Development of Persons with Disabilities in Pattaya, supporting improved quality of life and better opportunities for children and individuals with disabilities.
Participants will experience a variety of therapeutic and meditative activities, including:
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath – balancing energy through sound waves to promote deep mental calm
Hot Bath Therapy – relaxing muscles and improving blood circulation
Ice Bath Recovery – boosting physical resilience, refreshing the body, and stimulating the nervous system
Mandala Art Meditation – building mindfulness through artistic expression
Tarot Self-Discovery – reflecting on inner perspectives and gaining deeper self-understanding
Key benefits of the program include reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, emotional uplift, enhanced concentration, balanced mental state, and natural restoration of inner well-being.
Three participation packages are available:
