PDG Peter Malhotra, Rotary Public Image Coordinator of Zone 6B, presents a copy of the Pattaya Mail to Sakuji Tanaka, President of Rotary International during the PolioPlus Seminar held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Evanston, USA on August 22, 2012. Peter explained that the Pattaya Mail Media Group, which comprises of the Pattaya Mail, Pattaya Blatt (German), Chiang Mai Mail and PMTV, are staunch supporters of Rotary and regularly publicise Public Service Announcements and articles in their publications and TV programs.


JanjiraBuanlee (Jenni), Public Relations Manager of the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G paid a courtesy visit to the Pattaya Mail offices recently, where she was welcomed by Kamolthep ‘Prince’ Malhotra, GM of the Pattaya Mail Media Group. Discussions were held which were beneficial to both our organisations. Prince presented a commemorative book on HM the King which was published by Pattaya Mail to celebrate His Majesty’s 84th birthday.


At a ceremony held at the Amari Watergate Bangkok recently, Dr Suwit Yodmanee, Chairman of the Green Leaf Foundation, presented the Thai Health promotion Award to Prawate Akanimat, president of the Green Leaf Project of the Dusit Thani Pattaya Hotel in recognition of the hotel’s staunch anti-smoking campaign and the promotion of health. The project is supported by the Thai health Promotion Foundation.


Narongsak Kamales, the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) Governor, and Taksin Watcharawittayakul, President of Thai Electrical & Mechanical Contractors Association (TEMCA) presided over the opening ceremony of the 28th TEMCA Annual Seminar and Exhibition at Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH) recently. In attendance along with associate members and delegates were the Thailand Women’s National Volleyball Players. Panga Vathanakul (2nd left), Royal Cliff Hotels Group Managing Director was on hand to welcome Pongsak Assakul (right), Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and other delegates.
