A heart attack or other natural causes are being
blamed for the death of an American man found dead in his Third Road
apartment.
William Cloud Jr., 62, was found lying on his bed at
an apartment house March 15. Dead for about six hours when police found
him, Cloud appeared to have suffered some seizure or severe cramp.
Police reported no signs of foul play in the room.
On his bed stand were several different types of
pharmaceutical medications including, but not limited to, heart
medication and cold medicine.
The body was sent to the Forensics Institute for a
final determination and the American Embassy was alerted.
