Klaus
has been arrested for killing his neighbor’s dog.

A 73-year-old German man was arrested Thursday for
shooting dead a neighbor’s dog that had urinated on his car.
Identified as Klaus “Lucky” (surname unknown), the
unfortunate German said he didn’t mean to kill “Frank,” a Miniature Doberman
Pincher owned by 54-year-old Pensri Huadsang. He only wanted to wound the
dog after it hiked its leg on his car’s tire in Karnkheha Village on
Thepprasit Road Soi 12.
Pensri naturally was upset and spent the time until
police arrived berating the foreigner.
Police confiscated the air-gun pistol and charged him illegal weapons
possession and damaging others’ property.
