Baywatch: Gone with the wind

Phasakorn Channgam

The sign post to the entrance of Soi Nhong Yai in front of Pattaya School No. 4 on Sukhumvit Road leans precariously over the road threatening to drop off at any moment.

Passing traffic and pedestrians play a game of ‘will it or won’t it” as they sneak by.

Residents in the area say that this sleepy sign post has been in this condition for quite some time, but no one, especially the city officials seem to give a hoot.

They have asked the Pattaya Mail to please pass on their request to the city officials to replace the offending sign post with a new one before it causes severe damage to property, or worse still, human life.
