Merry Christmas and Happy Chanukah
Peace on Earth, goodwill towards all

Santa and his helpers Suchada (Bee) Chanachaichan (left) and Wan Bowles (3rd
left) recently paid a visit to the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya to spread the cheer
and to remember those less fortunate, giving a little to make their lives
better, something we all should do. Shown here, children Evan Corness, Marisa
Corness and Jasmine Azzopardi excitedly meet Santa. At this holiday time of
warmth and happiness, the Pattaya Mail team wishes everyone a Merry Christmas
and hope everyone enjoyed a Happy Chanukah December 12-18. May there be peace on
earth and goodwill towards all.

go Christmas shopping with Camillian kids

the orphaned kids living with HIV/AIDS from the Camillian Social Center
Christmas shopping on an annual basis. We, the Jesters Care for Kids,
thought this was a brilliant idea. We loved the notion of donating
directly to the kids and putting them in charge of what they wanted for
Christmas.

‘Gold’ at Eastern Star

The organizing of any major golf tournament starts some
months before the actual event. This year the annual Diana Gold
Tournament did not have the benefit of the organizer for the last 10
years - the late Mike Franklin – however we had help from him in the
form of the information he held, both on his computer and in hard
copy form.

Jeeves, bring the Bentley around

Bentley has announced the Continental
Supersports - a 329 km/h sports Bentley all yours for 16
million baht (plus the usual 300 percent or so import duty)
- plus another couple of million for matt paint. At that
rate, I think I will tell my children to become spray
painters.
