The Biggles Big Band, a Jazz Big Band from the Netherlands, will be performing at the Ravindra Beach Resort & Spa beachfront on Nov 17. This event is co-hosted by hotels in Chiang Rai, Bangkok, Kanchanaburi and Pattaya. The event received full support from the Dutch Embassy and TAT both in Bangkok and Pattaya. Tickets are 300 baht net per person including 1 drink. Clubs & Associations

The next Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) meeting will be on Sunday, Nov. 8 and everyone is warmly welcome to attend.  The club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. For the past 28 years the Samaritans of Thailand have been providing confidential crisis intervention services over the telephone. The English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support to the expatriate community. English-speaking staff, trained in crisis intervention will provide active, non-judgmental and empathetic listening services on the phone.
