The next Pattaya City Expats Club (PCEC) meeting will be on Sunday, Sept 20 and everyone is warmly welcome to attend.  The club meets every Sunday morning at Henry J. For the past 28 years the Samaritans of Thailand have been providing confidential crisis intervention services over the telephone. The English-speaking unit, Samaritans English Help Line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support to the expatriate community. English-speaking staff, trained in crisis intervention will provide active, non-judgmental and empathetic listening services on the phone. The Dragon Bike Party will take place on October 17 at Mae Rumphung Beach, Taphong, between Rayong and Ban Phe.  The party starts at 6.00 p.m. and goes till late and will feature a variety of stalls for biking gear, Thai and BBQ food, San Miguel beer and liquor.  Entertainment will include live music on stage, a dance show and a magic show.  There is no registration fee – the party is free and the funds raised and charitable donations will go towards Panyanugool School for the deaf and disabled in Rayong.
