A new luxury condominium project named Poompatta has been launched by the owner
of Baan Natcha Village.

scale model shows the “Poompatta” building design.
Set on a plot of about 4 rai and with 158 units available, Poompatta apartments
start at a price of 2.39 million baht.
Suthep Srisomboon, managing director of the owning company on July 10 made merit
for monks as the project was announced at a reception. Amongst the guests
examining the model and plans was former mayor Niran Wattanasartsathorn.
The design of the project is for two eight-story buildings, with 78 units in
each. There are two unit designs: one has one bedroom and bathroom, the other
two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Space in each unit starts at 49.34sqm, going up
to 122sqm. There is a parking lot for more than 90 cars.
 The
show house displays a luxury bedroom in the project.
The outstanding aspect of this condominium is the location, which is in the city
