Mike and Kelly Axford donate a fully signed and authenticated football from the Manchester United side 2007/2008 to Kim Fletcher (left), party night coordinator for the Jesters Care for Kids Charity Drive, whilst receiving certificates of appreciation for both 2007 and 2008. The Manchester United Football will be auctioned off on Jesters Party Night at Jameson’s The Irish Pub Pattaya on Saturday September 20, 2008.


General Boonsrang Niumpradit, supreme commander presided over the international seminar on ‘Asia-Pacific Security: addressing the challenge of a changing world’, held at the Pacific Meeting Room at the Tide Resort Bangsaen. The seminar was organized by the National Defense College Association, National Defense Studies Institute, Strategic Research Institute and Institute of Security and International Studies, Chulalongkorn University.


A new entertainment venue has been added to Pattaya’s social scene - Ka-Dik Pub is now open, welcoming all party-goers. The venue is being operated by young generation businessman, Is-sares Bookong, and it is where people on the night beat are bound to melt into the sound of techno-dance rhythms within. The pub’s slogan is, ‘move to the tune of fun’. It is located in Soi Buakao, just 20 meters into Soi 11.


Modern Dog, famous Thai band, with Pod (left) and Mathee (right), were warmly welcomed to the Amari Orchid Resort & Tower, Pattaya by Simon Dell, executive assistant manager-rooms. The group was here as a part of their concert tour, and whilst here they performed a mini concert ‘The Big Rock Party’


Pakin Ploypicha, CEO of the Oasis Spa receives SMEs Best Brand Award from the Office of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion (OSMEP) and Thailand Management Association (TMA) to encourage SMEs to build branding of their products and services. The ceremony was recently held at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok.
