who flew in from Japan to be with his parents on this happy occasion.
Ramsay Smith was in for a pleasant surprise when a few of
his pals, about 50 of them, concocted a birthday party to celebrate his 60th
birthday on June 17 at the Caddy Shack Pub. Ramsay is a long-term
resident of Pattaya and his friends claim that he is a very popular person
around town. Wearing a happy grin and a maroon coloured shirt Ramsay is
standing in the centre, back row.
German airline LTU International Airways
(Lufttransport-Unternehmen GmbH) and Dusit Hotels and Resorts,
recently organized a familiarization trip of Thailand for top incentives and
events organizers from Germany. The group led by Ulrike Keller (2nd from
left), Corporate Sales, LTU, was here to explore possibilities of bringing
meetings and incentive businesses from Germany to Thailand. Pattaya was the
first leg of the group’s Thailand trip, which included Bangkok and Hua Hin.

Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya, awarded “Hard Rock Hotel
of the Year”, 2005 by Hard Rock International, recently opened its doors and
rolled out the red carpet for hip hop trio, Alize. The up and coming,
all-girl band stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya recently and participated in
the Meet & Greet activities with fans at a special foam party. They were
warmly welcomed by Hard Rock Pattaya Band Members (staff), led by Elyes Ben
Brahim (2nd left) Director of Operations.
