A checkpoint for volunteer police to monitor and prevent crime was officially opened at Ban Nong Ta Oon community near the Mabprachan reservoir recently. Amongst the dignitaries at the ceremonies were Pol. Maj. Col. Bandit Khunajak (5th right), Chonburi police commander, Chanyuth Hengtrakul (4th right), former Chonburi MP, Pol. Col. Noppadol Sornsamran (3rd right), superintendent of Banglamung Police station, Prateep Jongsuebtham (6th right), Banglamung district chief and Surat Mekavarakul (4th left,), Chairman of the Banglamung Cultural Council.


 

Ina Buschhüter landlady of the Berliner Bistro seems thrilled with the cake as she celebrates her birthday with friends at Casa Pascal Fine Dining Restaurant recently.


 

Gemma Atkinson, (2nd left) gorgeous model and actress, star of Hollyoaks, an English television show, turned many heads during her 2008 calendar shoot at the Sheraton Pattaya Resort recently. The newest addition to the real estate business scene in Pattaya is the Hoax Property Co., Ltd., located in Central Park 4. Apichart Puetpan (5th left), deputy permanent-secretary of Pattaya City presided over the opening ceremonies recently. R. Jackie (5th right), managing director said “Hoax in Chinese means ‘Luck’ and therefore it is a good name for our company”


Lars Kerfin (Back row, 4th left) Resident Manager of the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa played host for the third year to twenty contestants who were in town for a pre-season orientation of the 4th season of True Academy Fantasia recently.


Chanyuth Hengtrakul, (4th right) former Chonburi MP was guest of honour at the opening of Tina Suites, a 25-room hotel and restaurant located in Soi Buakhao recently. The property is operated by Kurt Hager (4th left), and managed by Vinai Kraibutr (right).
