Database proposed to monitor behavior of foreign visitors
Chonburi Governor Pracha Taerat has proposed that urgent
methods be implemented to monitor the behavior of foreign visitors and cut down
on the criminal activities conducted by those from overseas.
The governor’s initiative follows the announcement by Banglamung Police Station
on April 2 of the arrest of Ms Sanonoi Polcharoen for possession of ecstasy and
marijuana, which she is accused of distributing internationally with her British
husband Paul Bernard.

Thai Sikhs present necessities to the elderly
at Ban Banglamung
More than 20 members of the Pattaya Thai Sikh Club, led by Kulavin Kuan and
Davinder Singh, donated essentials to residents of the Ban Banglamung Social
Welfare Development Center for Older Persons. The donation was valued at more
than 400,000 baht to help the elderly and bring merit on themselves and their
families during the Thai New Year period.

Regent’s School celebrates with stylish graduation party
On March 31, elegantly dressed young ladies, most of them wearing long
evening gowns, and young gentlemen in tuxedos gathered inside the Dusit
Resort. Mingling with the gathering were a number of older people whose
