The Royal Cliff Beach Resort was the venue for
“Yellow Night” organised as part of the regional conference of the Asia
Pacific Paediatric Association (APPA) which included workshops, exhibitions
and social functions. As part of the conference, the Paediatric Association
of Thailand hosted a dinner themed “Yellow Night” in honour of His Majesty
the King at the Siam Ballroom. Over 200 doctors, professors, exhibitors and

Satil Khunplome (3rd right), president of the Eastern

Governor, and Kedsarin Mongkonwan, daughter of Nuannoi and Rewat Mongkonwan.
The event took place at Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort. Many well
wishers attended the function including Chanyuth Hengtrakul (left).
A smart turn out indeed from members of the newly formed
Pattaya Ex Services Club. Ex R.S.M Middy Campbell gave a welcoming address
and thanked all for attending, and thanked Bert for a fine buffet and
reduced priced drinks. There were no members of the Senior Service in
attendance so come on you ex sailors or marines, we meet every Sunday at
Tropical Bert’s Bar, 2nd Road, opposite the Bangkok Bank between 1-5 pm.
