celebration for the 5th anniversary of SuperSight Surgery at
Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital. From left, Sopin Thappajug, Mayor Niran

Ngamphiches, Chanyuth Hengtrakul and Deputy Mayor Verawat Khakhay all
participated in the celebration.
Simon Wille (left), executive assistant manger of the
Amari Airport Hotel, and Chinese Guide Meng Liang (right), traveled to
the Everest Base Camp on the Tibet side of Mt. Everest, and unveiled the
Amari flag. Unfortunately, Simon could not personally meet the Amari friends
of many years Bill Crouse, Russell Brice and Guy Cotter, who stay regularly
at the Amari Airport Hotel and meet at the Everest Corner of the HJB
Bar & Grill, as they were all climbing Mt. Everest. They all reached the
summit!

Central Plaza Hotel Public Co., Ltd., led by

operating results for the 1st quarter of the year 2006. The meeting took

A-One the Royal Cruise Hotel hosted lunch for nearly
200 ATTA members who were in town to meet with the Thai Hotels Association -
Eastern Chapter (THA-EC), to discuss strategy for increasing tourism here.

After a donation from the Queen Victoria Inn Soi 6
Pattaya, the official home of the Charity Club of Pattaya, the club donated
a selection of bicycles to two schools, to help the children in Isaan get to
school a little easier.
