The guest speaker at the Pattaya City Expats Club meeting on Sunday January 29 will be Ralph Baumgartner who is a German lawyer with offices in Bangkok. He is also a law lecturer at Chulalongkorn University. He will be speaking, among other things, about his experiences as an expat working with Thai law and the background of Thai law much of which derives its base on German law. He will also share some thoughts about the present Thai generation of students as they prepare to enter the law practices at this time.
