Pisit Ketphasook, Governor of Chonburi, visited the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden where he was welcomed by Kampon Tansacha, Director (1st left) and Ms. Sodawan Buranasiri, General Manager of Nong Nooch Tropical Garden (2nd right).


Dr. Santsak Ngampiches, (6th left) Advisor to the Minister of Tourism and Sports, presided at the Bartender Contest 2004 named the ‘Retro Shake Contest’ at the Dusit Resort Pattaya Hotel recently. The event was organized by the Thai Hotels Association (THA) Eastern Chapter and the F&B managers Association eastern region.


Mrs. Panga Vathanakul, Managing Director of the Royal Cliff Beach Resort and the Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) received warm birthday wishes from the senior members of the management on the occasion of her birthday on August 31. Mrs. Panga is a highly respected figure amongst the travel, convention and hospitality industry. She is a staunch supporter of many charitable projects and institutions in Pattaya and Thailand.


The management and staff of the Montien Hotel, Pattaya joined together to wish Mr. Derek and Jacqueline Barnes a happy 40th (Ruby) wedding anniversary.


Tien & Gerry Carpenter, Don Ratcliffe, Fong, Izzy Freedman & Larry Willet celebrate another fine Bowling win for Tien Carpenter at Shenanigans Pattaya.


Mr. Andrew Khoo, general manager of the Hard Rock Hotel, recently welcomed a delegation to the seventh meeting of the Thai Vietnamese Working Group on the establishment of the order at sea. The Thai team was led by Rear admiral Jumnong Kittipeerachol (5th right) Deputy Commander, First Naval Area Command and the Vietnamese were led by Sr. Captain Vu Huu Cua (4th right) Deputy Chief of Staff, Vietnamese People’s Navy.


Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya with the cooperation of doctors and professional trainers from the Banglamung Hospital held a “First Aid Basic” course for the hotel’s staff recently. Photo shows staff learning how to apply first aid in case of bone fractures.
