Announcements

There will be an auction of the estate of the late Maxine North at the Hard Rock Hotel, Thursday February 5 from 6 p.m. The auction includes paintings, traditional and modern rare statues and figurines, celadon dinnerware, brass and bronze ware, Chinese figurines, Thai wall carvings, large rugs, lamps, light fittings, quality household goods and more. Clubs

Pattaya City Expats Club meets on Sunday mornings at Henry J Beans Restaurant and Pub at the Amari Orchid Resort at the north end of Beach Road from 9:30-10:30 a.m. for buffet breakfast, and from 10:30-12:30 for entertaining speakers and open forum. Everyone welcome.

Doing it the Scottish Way: Scottish born Chef John James Hogg, kitchen operations manager of Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa will be presenting a Burns Supper at the Garden Caf้ Restaurant at the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa on January 25 and 26, a traditional event to mark the birth of the famous Scottish poet Robert Burns.
