Dusit Resort Sports Club is hosting regular Tai Chi programs on Mondays at 19:45, Tuesdays & Sundays at 11 a.m. Tai Chi has no age, gender, work, status or language barriers. Classes are free for members and 100 baht for non-members. All are welcome to come along.

Thai Garden Resort has started their LAWA Gymnastics - every Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the indoor swimming pool.
