Events

Mermaid’s Divers at the White House in Jomtien is again offering free tries on the Draeger Dolphin Rebreather, yet this time it’s going to be a bit different. They are bringing the 2 Rebreathers down to the Vertical Wreck on 17th/18th of March. Departing at 7:30 p.m. from Mermaid’s, Jomtien as usual. Four dives and Rebreather tries will be done on Saturday, and then a fantastic BBQ Feast on Saturday night. There are even rumors of an all night Happy Hour in Pattaya’s best watering hole Saturday evening. Mermaid’s will also be offering a 2-day Version of the course: “How to positively interact with the Marine Environment”. The cost for 4-8 divers is B20,000 for the entire course (not per diver). You will receive a Research Specialty Rating from PADI in Marine Resource Management, and more importantly, it will add a few more people to the world that know just how important preserving the reef can be!
