Laura Zubrod - Dietician and
Personal Trainer, was guest speaker at the June RLC luncheon held at Eastern
Star Golf Course Clubhouse. Laura supports the drinking of water as the single
most important catalyst in losing weight and keeping it off.
RLC Chair Jane Van Lienden
presents Tiew Supkamonghol with a donation for the technical education of 2
girls from the Eastern Seaboard Child Welfare Protection Institute. Khun Tiew
monitors this project on behalf of the RLC and adopts the role of “mother” to
the 2 girls.
