The Rotary Club of Jomtien/Pattaya and the U.S. Navy again joined hands to distribute clothing and shoes to the Foundation of Life Center and the Eastern Seaboard Child Welfare Protection Institute. Chief Sandra Little of the USS Fort McHenry collected and distributed the clothing.

Mr. Kenny Blanchard, one of the most liked ex-pats on the Eastern Seaboard, had his going away party at California Coolers. A mainstay on Pattaya Sports Club’s softball team, he will be warmly remembered by many.


Kanta Gardens resident, Judy Lang, recently celebrated her 50th Birthday with friends at Ban Chang.

Swaziland’s King Mswati 111 and Queen Inkhosikati visited the Royal Cliff Beach Resort to lunch with local business and tourist personalities, during his official visit to Thailand, to discuss co-operation in tourism and promote culture exchange programmes to strengthen bilateral relations.

Mr Marcel Jacquet, Operations Analysis Manager of the Amari Orchid Resort welcomed management of the U&I corporation, (105 fm) Bangkok on their visit to the Resort.


Mr. Dean Gilard, Vice President of the Harley Group “The Immortals” from Bangkok, along with over 70 members who rode up on their bikes, donated 70,000 baht to Pattaya Orphanage, at ‘Frank’s’ Harley Bar Soi 17 where the children were also treated to fun and games and lots of food and drink.
