Heart to Heart with Hillary

Dear Hillary,
I am already thirteen years old and I am the only one left in my group who hasn’t kissed a boy. Can you please tell me how to kiss? I am scared I wouldn’t know how to do it and afraid that everybody would be laughing about me. Can you tell me also how many different kind of kisses there are?
Never Been Kissed.
Dear Never,
There are many different types of kisses for all occasions. At one end of the spectrum is the “super-model” kiss, often used at parties, where lips almost touch cheeks as the glam set ritually greets one another. Then there is the red lip-smacker kiss, given by aunties (or mothers) to their captive nephews and nieces (or children). These type of kisses are not really turn-ons for most people - lip-to-lip kisses are where the real action begins. These kisses can range from closed-lip kisses, to open-mouthed kissing (see any soap opera) and on to serious exchanges of bodily fluids via kissing with tongues (also known as French kissing). This may sound pretty disgusting, but is really quite exiting if you’re in the mood and you really like the other person. Then of course, there are kisses to other parts of the body which can also be very exciting and pleasurable.
So how to kiss? Start with the closed-lip version and let things develop as you become more relaxed and clock up more experience in the kissing game.

Dear Hillary,
Lately I have been having problems falling asleep. No matter how hard I try, my thoughts and problems keep me awake. The next morning I am totally worn out and can hardly keep my eyes open while at work. It bothers me so much, I become afraid when the night falls and I must go to bed. Is there a way to cure it without taking medication?
Sleepless in Pattaya.
Dear Sleepless.
You probably take all your problems to bed with you. Try this out: Write down your problems before you go to bed, so you won’t take them between the sheets. Then leave your eyes open and don’t consciously try to sleep. You’ll drift off - it’s called paradoxical intention. If this won’t help you must seek the help of a doctor.
