Health and Fitness Tips Continues!
That’s right, in the interest of a healthier and happier reader, the Pattaya
Mail will continue to publish health and fitness tips with a little help
from the manager of Dusit Resort Sports and Fitness Club.
First, we need an intro-duction. My name is David Garred and I am the new
club manager of Dusit Resort Sport and Fitness Club. I have worked in the
fitness industry fro several years. I hope to bring broad based experience,
theoretical knowledge and personalised training back to Pattaya. I’m an
internationally qualified professional fitness leader specialising in
resistance training and fat loss. I have also represented my country in two
sports, baseball and surf life saving.
