Radiologists discuss standards at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya

Radiologists looked toward the future as Bangkok Hospital Pattaya hosted its second Radiologic Technologist BDMS Network meeting.
Themed, “The Future is Ours,” the Oct. 14 meeting was an opportunity to exchange experiences and develop performance standards on radiation.
Hospital director Dr. Pichit Kangwolkij welcomed the attendees and gave an explanation of the objectives of the meeting. Dr. Viroj Sukato, head radiologist at Bangkok Hospital, was the main speaker.
After the lecture, explanations were given by professionals, including Dr. Napapong Pongnapang and Dr. Yutapon Vichearnin, Manus Mongkolsuk and Saowanee Asawapathiboon. Booths also were set up to display the latest radiology equipment for the over 100 radiologists in attendance from all over Thailand.
The Radiology Center at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital provides diagnosis and treatment for patients using the newest technology and equipment. They also have professional radiologists, including advanced diagnostic body radiologists, radiation therapy and interventional radiology. They provide a 24-hour service.
