Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence’ held to honor staffs with great service mind

BANGKOK, 18 March 2013 An award ceremony was earlier held at Suvarnabhumi Airport to honor the hard work of individuals, who have contributed to the great services at the airport. 

The award entitled ‘Suvarnabhumi Service Excellence’ was organized last week, to honor those who have raised the standards of services at the airport. Their efforts have earned Suvarnabhumi great recognition from global travelers.

According to Deputy Director of Suvarnabhumi Airport Suwanna Natpracha, Suvarnabhumi is striving to be among the world’s best 5 airports through excellent services, which are the emphasis of Airports Council International (ACI).

Employees as well as organizations and departments awarded include staffs of Airports of Thailand (AoT), the Revenue Department, Bangkok Airways, Cathy Pacific Airways, and Thai Airways.

Mrs. Suwanna said this event will set a good example for other employees working at Suvarnabhumi Airport to strive to be the best in their jobs. She added that the airport will continue to provide quality services to passengers and everyone with sincerity, respect and smiles.
