BANGKOK, Thailand – On Thursday, March 20, the Rotary Club of Bangkok South held its 36th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at the prestigious Thana City Golf and Country Club. Sponsored by evian, the event brought together 28 teams and 140 players for a day of fellowship, spirited competition, and heartfelt generosity.
Despite the tropical heat, enthusiasm was high on and off the course, with Rotarians, supporters, and friends all turning out to help raise just under 700,000 Baht in support of the club’s wide-ranging charitable initiatives.
The success of this year’s event was made possible through the generous support of a diverse group of sponsors, including leading names such as Accor Hotels, Bumrungrad Hospital, Bangkok Hospital, Eva Air, Nestle Thailand, and Samitivej Hospital, among many others. The Rotary Club also extends its sincere appreciation to dedicated volunteers and the entire golfing community who contributed their time, resources, and goodwill to the cause.
Funds raised will go directly to support the Rotary Club of Bangkok South’s charitable projects throughout Thailand—initiatives that focus on healthcare, education, disaster relief, and youth development.
Now in its 36th year, this flagship event is a proud tradition that not only celebrates the spirit of giving but also unites community members and corporate sponsors in service of a greater good.
With a strong turnout, successful fundraising, and an atmosphere full of camaraderie, this year’s tournament was a resounding success—proof that a shared commitment to “Service Above Self” continues to drive impactful change across Thailand.
