The Thai government and the private sector have launched a new mobile application called Zogzag77 to help stimulate the tourism industry.
The app was jointly developed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Nation Group, PTT Plc, Thammasat University and Thaivivat Insurance Co.
Zogzag77 provides information about restaurants, hotels, One Tambon One Product (OTOP) shops, and local festivals and events in all 77 provinces of Thailand. The app also features 100 recommended routes across the country for tourists.
With this app, users can easily locate recommended hotels and restaurants within a radius of 20 kilometers. In addition, Zogzag77 users can receive promotions, write reviews, and find emergency contacts.
The Zogzag77 app is now available to download for both iOS and Android platforms for free.
