BANGKOK, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has earned two PATA Gold Awards 2025 from the Pacific Asia Travel Association, recognizing its outstanding achievements in tourism marketing. TAT was honored for “The Love Season Initiative,” which won the Best Integrated Digital Marketing Campaign (Destination) award, and for the photograph “The Hidden Romance of Sam Roi Yot,” which was awarded Best Travel Photography.

“The Love Season Initiative” was a digital campaign established to encourage travel during Thailand’s low season by rebranding it as a unique time to explore the country. Through lifestyle-specific content and special promotions, the campaign showcases Thailand’s natural beauty during the green season, offering a more peaceful and intimate travel experience. It has so far delivered over 90 million impressions in 2024 and generated more than 2,100 bookings for tourism products and services.

The award-winning photograph, “The Hidden Romance of Sam Roi Yot,” captures a dramatic sunset over Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The image was recognized for its strong visual storytelling and its ability to convey emotional depth while presenting the scenic beauty of Thailand’s natural landscapes.
