Once the baggage arrives at the Thai Airways delayed baggage pick-up area, its status will be updated online.
For baggage collection, please bring the Thai Airways your passport, boarding pass, and baggage tag to the Thai Airways delayed baggage pick-up area, on the 2nd floor, Exit 1, Suvarnabhumi Airport.
