BANGKOK, Thailand – Culture Minister Sabeeda Thaised has welcomed Olivia Yacé, Miss Universe Côte d’Ivoire 2025 and Tourism Ambassador of Côte d’Ivoire, who is currently visiting Thailand ahead of the 74th Miss Universe competition, scheduled for November 21.
During their discussion, both Sabeeda and Yacé shared views on art and culture, and discussed the potential for future collaboration to promote creative tourism between the two countries. The courtesy call provided an opportunity for the two sides to explore how cultural exchange can support broader international engagement and strengthen people-to-people connections.
Yacé expressed admiration for Thailand’s cultural richness and warm hospitality, describing her experience as inspiring. She shared her hope to use her role to build a bridge of friendship between Côte d’Ivoire and Thailand through sustainable cultural tourism and creative partnerships.
