Southern bus routes suspended as floods hit Hat Yai

BANGKOK, Thailand – The Transport Company (BorKorSor) has temporarily suspended five southern bus routes due to severe flooding in Hat Yai district, Songkhla Province, caused by heavy rain. Buses cannot pass through the area, affecting the following routes:

Route 988: Bangkok – Satun
Route 992: Bangkok – Hat Yai
Route 987: Bangkok – Yala
Route 9917: Bangkok – Pattani
Route 9917: Bangkok – Su-ngai Kolok


Services will remain suspended until floodwaters recede. Passengers impacted can request ticket refunds at any BorKorSor ticket office nationwide. Authorities are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as conditions evolve.
