RAYONG, Thailand – Rayong Technical College, through its Soft Power Food Innovation Center (Department of Food and Nutrition), has launched a unique new dish — Durian Cream Sauce Pizza!
This fusion creation combines high-quality local durian with Western-style cream sauce and three types of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan) to create a rich, fragrant, and flavorful experience. The project aims to boost local income and promote Rayong’s soft power through food and tourism.
