BANGKOK, Thailand – The Queen Sirikit National Convention Center is welcoming more than 15,000 delegates from 191 countries for the 2026 International Monetary Fund and World Bank Group Annual Meetings, taking place in Bangkok from October 12 to 18.
The event brings together representatives from around the world for a week of international discussions, with Thailand inviting residents and businesses to help make visitors feel welcome.
Organizers are encouraging Thais to be good hosts under the message “Smile the Thai Way, Welcome the World,” sharing the country’s renowned hospitality with delegates attending the global gathering.
