UTHAI THANI, Thailand – Authorities have closed Highway 3319 to all vehicles in Sawang Arom District of Uthai Thani Province due to flooding and strong currents. As of 3 p.m. on September 30, 2026, the closure covers kilometer markers 17+700 to 18+800 near Tha Dan Bridge in Ban Tha Dan, where floodwater has reached approximately 50 centimeters.
The Sawang Arom Highway Maintenance Unit said the road is unsafe to travel because of the strong current and advised motorists to use alternative routes.
