Erawan Waterfall closed to swimming as water remains fast and muddy

As of 16 Sept, Erawan Waterfall trails remain open for sightseeing, but swimming is prohibited due to strong, muddy currents. Visitors are advised to stay safe and enjoy responsibly.

BANGKOK, Thailand – On 16 September, 07:00 hrs, the footage shows that the water at Erawan Waterfall in Kanchanaburi remains muddy and fast-flowing, and swimming is not permitted for safety reasons.

The walking trails are still open for sightseeing.
