Banglamung police last Thursday announced the arrests of five suspected drug dealers and 12 alleged users.
Toy Pachima, 46, was apprehended with 1,000 ya ba tablets and 20.8 g. of ya ice. Jaroy Thong-uam, 25, was nabbed with 194 ya ba pills, Samrit Mayod with 70 tablets and 1.1 g. of ya ice and Vitavat Taptimthet with 400 ya ba pills. Lalana Singvijarn, 21, was caught with 1.2 g. of ya ice.
12 others were arrested on drug possession and usage charges.
The alleged drug dealers are detained at Banglamung Police Station as the charges are read out.
